Allens Caravans are please to confirm that the Severnside Park is in the process of expanding via a large bar room extension, new toilets and additional office rooms. The extension of the Club House and office building is due to be ready for its grand opening early 2013.

The popular Allens Caravans Severnside Park Club House is normally standing room only on Friday and Saturday nights, so there will now be room for the residents to have a little boogie.

Severnside is one of Allens Caravans Holiday Parks, it’s situated on the banks of the River Severn and is over-looked by Redstone Rocks and its caves.

The bustling town centre of Stourport is just a short walk down the river towpath. Stourport has lots on offer including clothes shops, hairdressers, shoe shops, music shops, and shops to buy jewellery. Gift shops, butchers, greengrocers, a supermarket, cafes, restaurants pubs and take-away’s are also available in Stourport along with a fancy-dress shop, a haberdashery and old fashioned sweet shop, chemists, florist and lots more.

Of course we can not forget the Treasure Island Amusements Centre which offers 25 fairground rides including dodgems, waltzers, mini dragon rollercoaster, a ferris wheel and lots more, alongside the beautiful riverside and canal basins.

Stourport also offers river cruises, boat hire, crazy mini golf, go-kart racing, a large children’s paddling pool and a skateboard park.

The historic towns of Worcester, Bewdley and Bridgnorth are also all within a short drive from Severside Holiday Park.

Along with the expanding Club House, Severnside Holiday Park also has a security barrier entrance, year round management and staff, full underground services, private fishing on the River Severn, and outdoor heated swimming pool, gorgeous riverside walks and a children’s play area. The Severnside site is open 10 months a year, closing during January and February.

There is lots to see and do that is very close to Allens Caravans Severnside Holiday Park such as Hartlebury Common Nature Reserve and Moorhall Marsh Local Nature Reserve which are both nearby and have sign posted trails for foot, bike or horse, making a wonderful morning stroll or a whole day out.

Arley Aboretum, Worcestershire Country Museum, Severn Valley Railway, The West Midland Safari Park, Go Ape and Harvington Hall are all within just 10 miles of Stourport.
