Easter at Allens | Caravan Easter Holiday | Allens
Allens Caravans

Easter Sunday is set to fall on Sunday 17 April this year, meaning that we don’t have long until the Easter Bunny visits us here at Allens.

As one of the best caravan holidays for families, we want to ensure that everyone on our parks has a fantastic Easter. Our holidays with entertainment in England and Wales are located in the ideal locations to spend Easter, which is why we’re keen to share some of the most exciting Easter activities that you can partake in during your time with us. Easter fun isn’t just for children, so whether you’re holidaying with the kids or taking an adult-only break, our caravan sites with entertainment are able to accommodate all manner of Easter activities.

Organise an Easter Egg Hunt

It simply wouldn’t be Easter in the absence of an Easter egg hunt, so why not organise one while you’re with us? Each of our parks is abundant in great hiding spaces, from the verdant countryside to the rocky beaches. Despite this, you don’t even have to venture past the front door of your caravan to create your very own egg hunt. You can simply burrow the eggs within the furniture and make use of the endless storage solutions.

This is the perfect form of holiday entertainment to get the kids excited about the Easter bunny visiting; however, this isn’t all an egg hunt can be used for. In fact, it could make a wholesome date idea or could be something that you even get your pets involved in. Instead of placing chocolatey goods within your eggs, you could hide away your pooch’s favourite treats and get them to sniff them out. Regardless of who you’re spending your holiday with, an egg hunt is great fun for all involved.

Do some Easter baking

Who remembers making chocolate cornflake or Rice Krispy cakes with mini eggs at school? Just because your school days are behind you doesn’t mean you have to miss out on making delicious, sweet treats. Each of our holiday homes is fully furnished, meaning that there will be an integrated oven that’s ideal for baking. Otherwise, you may just make use of the countertop space to do some biscuit decorating. Easter baking is an activity that’s suited to kids and adults alike, meaning that it’s a fun task for anyone and everyone to enjoy. Plus, it allows you to indulge in some decadent baked goods, which is what Easter is all about.

Do some Easter crafts

Another great activity to partake in on our holidays with entertainment in the UK is Easter crafts. What better time to bring out your creative side than Easter? Whether you paint eggs, make an Easter bonnet, or simply do some colouring, you’re sure to enjoy your Easter with plenty of crafts to get stuck into. Although crafting of this kind is typically aimed at children, there’s nothing to say that adults can’t also enjoy some crafting fun.

Easter crafts are a great way of preventing the kids from getting bored while on holiday, but they’re also an effective means of encouraging adults to spend some quality time with one another. This is more important than ever in today’s society, where we’re so consumed by the digital and spend hours a day stuck in our smartphones. Activities such as crafting allow us to step away from technology, express our creativity, and enjoy the company of those around us.
