    Stunning Surroundings

    Stunning Surroundings

Bredon View stands out from other caravan parks – even other caravan parks in Worcestershire – because it has been designed around its natural surroundings. Its 80 lodge-style plots nestle among mature trees, and the River Avon runs through the park site. Wildlife roams the area undisturbed, and you can expect to see deer during the day and hear owls at night. There are woodland walks around the park and exclusive access to a golf course and fishing spots. There is plenty to do indoors, too, with an on-site clubhouse where you can relax and socialise in style while still revelling in the views. For that extra level of pampering, Bredon View is the first of Allens’ parks where you can enjoy use of your own hot tub onsite.

Whether you are seeking holiday park homes to rent or to purchase as an idyllic retreat, Bredon View is the perfect place to find comfort and relaxation. Bredon View also has a limited number of holiday caravans for hire between February and December - contact Allens to find out availability or book online through Hoseasons.

Those who stay with us at our Pershore holiday park can make full use of the facilities available onsite, including:

    • Individual pitch Wi-Fi
    • Members’ clubhouse
    • 18-hole golf course on the park

    Exploring the Local Area

Bredon View Holiday Park is just two miles from the historic market town of Pershore – less than ten minutes away by car or reached by a pleasant riverside walk. Boasting quaint Georgian architecture, a historic abbey and plenty of independent shops and cafes, it’s ideal for a day out or a reward at the end of a day’s walking, cycling, or jogging.

Bredon View’s name is well deserved, with outstanding views of the famous Bredon Hill from the park itself. Nearly 1000 feet high, the Hill is a great destination for a walk and to soak in the 360-degree views from the summit, across the Vale of Evesham to the Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds. On a clear day, you can see across eight counties. It’s a view that has inspired dozens of writers, poets, and composers – be sure to bring your binoculars!

    FAQs

    Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the most common questions asked about holiday parks.

This can depend on whether it is a new or pre-owned home.

New homes tend to be ex-works (factory retail price) plus a siting charge (which includes delivery, connections, and gas bottle), and pitch fees are usually included for the rest of the season.

Pre-owned homes are usually priced with the siting charge already included, and pitch fees are then added on a prorated basis for the rest of the season.

Deals can vary from time to time, so for clarity, each holiday home, new or pre-owned, will detail exactly what is and is not included in the price. Check out our buyers' guide here.

Annual costs include the park pitch fees, electricity and gas, and insurance.

No, there are different rules relating to a holiday park home and a residential park home. Holiday homes are sited on holiday parks that are only licenced for holiday use. You can purchase a holiday park home but will need to have a primary residence elsewhere.

Yes. All our parks have set rules that help everyone enjoy their leisure time. You can download a copy of our park rules here.

Subletting is not allowed in many parks where all holiday homes are privately owned. Your family and close friends can use it.

Yes. Each mobile home holiday park has a closed season. During this time, your holiday park home is looked after by the resident staff who remain on the park.

A 'Licence Agreement protects all caravans on our parks'. Below is a summary of what a 'Licence Agreement' offers:

Long-Term Tenure Licence Agreement for A - Holiday Home Caravan Pitch

    - Tenure is 25 years for caravans (single units) and 35 years for lodges (twin units) of life from new.

    - In the first ten years of this tenure, you have the right to re-sell your caravan on the park of its life from new.

    - This Agreement is based on the Code of Practice of the BH&HPA and NCC.

    - Details everything for subletting, ending your term, and your and our responsibilities.
