What Furniture is Included in a Residential Park Home?
Allens Caravans

At Allens Caravans, we specialise in luxury residential park living. For more than 90 years we have been providing calm, tranquil, and hassle-free living solutions for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of a brick-and-mortar life.

All our residential parks feature state-of-the-art park homes that are kitted out with modern fixtures and fittings.

Our brand-new homes come fully furnished with everything you need to move in and begin living straight away. This being said, not everyone knows exactly what a furnished residential home actually includes. So, what furniture can you come to expect when purchasing a brand-new park home?

Kitchen

Counters and Cupboards – A key thing that people oftentimes find themselves worrying about when they make the switch to park living is space. With Allens Caravans, this isn’t a concern as we kit out your kitchen with plenty of under-counter cupboards, as well as overhead cupboards.

Stove and Oven – One of the biggest living essentials is the ability to cook, and Allens ensures that you’re capable of doing so. All our residential homes are equipped with a state-of-the-art oven and a stove so that you can get cooking immediately.

Fridge Freezer – Though cooking is vital to any home, it’s almost impossible to cook without appropriate storage to keep your food fresh. Fortunately, Allens has you covered, providing integrated fridge freezers for all residents within our parks.

Dishwasher – We all know that washing up can be a real burden. so in order to alleviate a little struggle from your life, most of our park homes come with dishwashers. The beauty of park living is that every day feels like a holiday. No one wants to do the dishes on holiday and, thanks to our built-in dishwashers you don’t have to.

Living / Dining Area

Light Fixtures – When moving into one of our homes, you don’t have to worry about complicated electrical wiring as our residential spaces are fitted with all the necessary fixtures. This includes plenty of lighting and plugs to power all your devices.

Dining Table – A home isn’t complete without a dining table; this is where you’ll gather after a long day and enjoy great food with even better company. We know the importance of household dining and so we provide you with this intimately social space. Many of our kitchens also come with breakfast bars to allow for entertaining and casual dining,

Sofa – Another space where households gather is the sofa, though this is a more relaxed setting than the dining table. No space can truly become a home in the absence of a sofa; it just exudes utter comfort. Whether you want to curl up for a little cat nap or spread out in front of the TV, a sofa is a homely essential. Here at Allens, we understand this and so cosy sofas are included in all of our park homes.

Curtains - Residential homes are known for being bright and airy, and that’s mainly because they have lovely, big windows adorning each side of the home. These windows allow light to stream in, keeping your home well-lit throughout the day. You’ll need to frame the windows with curtains for those light days and hide the windows away as darkness falls. Thankfully, our residential homes are all equipped with curtains so that you’re prepared for any weather, any time of day.

Bathroom

Toilet – It’s a common misconception that park homes are not fully plumbed and don’t have private bathrooms. However, this is nothing but a fallacy as our residential homes have everything you would expect from a traditional bathroom. This includes a fully functioning toilet that is yours and yours alone.

Shower/Bath – In addition to a toilet, your park home bathroom will be equipped with a bath, a shower, or both! One thing that worries people about park living is privacy when it comes to cleanliness. A park home is comparable to a bungalow, so a contemporary bathroom is top of the list. Many of our homes also have ensuites off the master bedroom for added luxury.

Bedroom

Bed – Everyone wants somewhere cosy to lay their head at night and Allens Caravans provides this for all our residents. Your bed is your haven, this should be a place of sheer peace and tranquillity. As a result, we promise that our beds will provide complete comfort.

Wardrobes – As previously mentioned, people find themselves worrying about the volume of storage space when moving into a residential park. Therefore, we have developed the solution of built-in wardrobes for our park homes so that you have ample storage and living space.
