It is set within the grounds of Wootton Hall, the picturesque stately home, and is close to the beautiful Warwickshire town of Henley-in-Arden. This means that the Park is both close enough to the country to enjoy all of the benefits of the countryside lifestyle while being near to all the amenities and facilities of a town. Spend an afternoon enjoying a stroll around the grounds, or try your hand at our exclusive coarse fishing, all on the site.

Wootton Hall residential caravan park is ideal for residents who love getting out and about and exploring the great outdoors. Surrounded by stunning countryside and situated amongst the beautiful landscape of Shakespeare’s county, Wootton Hall residential caravan park is ideal for mature residents looking to make the most of the slower pace of life afforded by living in one of our residential park homes.

If you are a resident of our luxurious Wootton Hall Residential park home in Warwickshire, there are plenty of activities and fun days out in the local area for you to enjoy. There is a full range of amenities on-site for our residents, from a country club to our residents-only bowling green. National Trust Sites in Warwickshire

There are many sites around the local area to Wootton Hall. The closest one to Wootton Hall is Charlecote Park which offers stunning countryside walks and a Victorian Home. You can find here a lovely deer park to walk around which is perfect all year round. There is also Baddesley Clinton which is situated in the beautiful Forest of Arden. This estate in particular offers fascinating and surprising stories.
