Easter Family Fun Day in Worcestershire

With Easter just around the corner, we thought we would take this chance to tell you about a brilliant Easter Family Fun Day in Worcestershire near our Abbots Salford Holiday Park.

The event is called an Egg-Stravaganza and is to be held on Sunday 24th March by Worcestershire Wildlife Trust at Lower Smite Farm. At this family Easter event you and your children can go on guided walks around the farm (maybe finding an Easter Egg or two), design your own Easter Eggs, maybe meet some new-born lambs, go pond dipping, nest building, face painting, plant vegetable seeds and so much more.

Due to the recent rainfalls, the farm is very muddy with lots of puddles so wellington boots are highly recommended. If you would like to have lunch at the farm you can take a special Easter picnic with you or you can purchase delicious cakes and ice creams which are being served throughout the day.

Admission costs are £3 for adults and £1.50 for children, all profits will go towards the conservation work being completed through Worcestershire Wildlife Trust.

If you are looking to take some time out this Easter then why not stay at one of our gorgeous Holiday Homes and relax during and enjoy this Easter Bank Holiday with your family.
