12-Month Residential Caravan Parks - Allens Caravans
Allens Caravans

Residential park home living affords residents an abundance of benefits, and at Allens Caravans’ residential parks, we allow our residents to take advantage of the perks of park living all year round.

That’s why all of our full-time sites are open for 12 months of the year.

Residential Park Home Living

For many people – especially those entering retirement – residential park home living is an attractive prospect. There’s a lot that residential sites can offer inhabitants, including:

  • An inviting community of like-minded people
  • Safe and secure living with residents and homes being protected by security personnel
  • Lower cost of living
  • Plenty of amenities including golf courses, swimming pools, restaurants, clubs and shops

With so many benefits, it’s a great shame when those who would otherwise enjoy park home living are put off by the prospect of having to arrange alternative accommodation for a number of months during the year.

We realise that living on a residential park is very different to holidaying in a short-stay park, which is why our residential and holiday parks are run differently.

Both offer residents exceptional accommodation, high-quality facilities and an overall luxury experience set in scenic British countryside and coastal locations, but the needs of holidaymakers and permanent residents are very different, and that’s why we have a targeted approach to both.

Winter-Proof Residential Mobile Homes

One of the reasons why holiday and residential parks were forced to close over the winter months in years past is because early models of static caravans were not habitable during winter. Thin walls and no central heating meant residents would be vulnerable to low temperatures, making for a rather uncomfortable stay. This means parks were effectively left with no choice but to close during the colder months.

Since then, mobile homes have greatly improved, with the ones offered at Allens Caravans’ parks coming complete with luxury fixtures and fittings, such as heated chrome towel rails, fully installed central heating and integrated kitchen appliances. Many of the homes available in our parks are finished to a luxury specification, offering residents all the comforts of brick and mortar homes, and then some! There’s no risk of residents freezing at an Allens Caravans residential site, nor will they get bored since all amenities remain open for the duration of the year.

12-Month Residential Park Homes for Sale

We have a range of residential park homes for sale across our parks – all of which are open 12 months a year.
