There are so few living environments in which tranquillity is guaranteed, and it would be a shame not to make the most of this. So, we invite you to pack up and move to one of our residential parks and let the stresses of traditional brick-and-mortar living melt away. There really is no better way to be at one with the countryside and still lead a comfortable and luxurious lifestyle.
In this post, we are going to take a look at what sets residential caravan park living apart from traditional brick-and-mortar homes. Why should you consider relocating to an Allens residential park?
With so many benefits, it’s a great shame when those who would otherwise enjoy park home living are put off by the prospect of having to arrange alternative accommodation for a number of months during the year.
We realise that living on a residential park is very different to holidaying in a short-stay park, which is why our residential and holiday parks are run differently. Both offer residents exceptional accommodation, high-quality facilities and an overall luxury experience set in the scenic British countryside and coastal locations, but the needs of holidaymakers and permanent residents are very different, and that’s why we have a targeted approach to both.

Winter-Proof Residential Mobile Homes
One of the reasons why holiday and residential parks were forced to close over the winter months in years past is because early models of static caravans were not habitable during winter. Thin walls and no central heating meant residents would be vulnerable to low temperatures, making for a rather uncomfortable stay. This means parks were effectively left with no choice but to close during the colder months.
Since then, mobile homes have greatly improved, with the ones offered at Allens Caravans’ parks coming complete with luxury fixtures and fittings, such as heated chrome towel rails, fully installed central heating and integrated kitchen appliances. Many of the homes available in our parks are finished to a luxury specification, offering residents all the comforts of brick and mortar homes, and then some! There’s no risk of residents freezing at an Allens Caravans residential site, nor will they get bored since all amenities remain open for the duration of the year.
