May is Family Wellness Month



May is National Family Wellness Month, this month is used as a reminder that you should spend more time with your family and really show those closest to you just how much they mean to you.

Family Wellness is something that impacts on every single one of us, because some way or another, we all have a family of our own. The medical health of our families is important to us but healthy family lifestyles and habits within the family can affect the wellness in a family too. It is said that the healthier each individual in the family is, the healthier the family as a group is as a whole.
