The Quiet Life of a Caravan Holiday

  • 13th Sep 2016

Autumn

As the sun eventually sets on summer 2016, we look back at the last few months of making memories with the grandchildren with a warm heart, while quietly looking forward to recuperating with some quality rest and relaxation. What could be more relaxing than a caravan holiday in your favourite part of the countryside?

Here at Allens Caravans, we appreciate the peaceful times as much as those that are exciting and adventurous, which is exactly why we have such a broad spectrum of caravan parks at your disposal. All of our caravan holiday homes through England and Wales offer you the best of both worlds.

What's more, as summer draws to a close, it gives us the perfect opportunity to cosy up under a blanket with a hot drink - sheer, peaceful, bliss!

If rest and relaxation are just what the doctor ordered, then look no further!

Our Caravan Holidays Have Got it All

Even the need for a holiday that offers tranquil, serene views and a pile of good books can benefit from a little socialising and gentle exercise. Our caravan holiday parks are nestled amongst the beautiful British countryside, primed and ready for a hearty walk before a home-cooked meal down the local pub. You can even bring the dog!

Many of our parks offer plenty to see and do on-site, too. With luxury indoor pools and leisure complexes, through to tennis courts, golf courses, outdoor bowling rinks and plenty of opportunities for fishing and making friends, you won't be stuck for something to do should you need to get up and out.

The Autumnal Approach

With autumn on the way, there's plenty to look forward to. The harvest is a great time of year to be in the countryside, surrounded by working farms and an influx of fresh fruit and vegetables in local shops.

The fun doesn't have to stop there, either. The grandchildren might have only just got back to school, but the first half term will be in October - and our parks are a wonderful little getaway for the whole family.

For the more adventurous of you, you could organise a treasure hunt throughout the local area or go for a hike in the hills. That being said, there's still fun to be had with some autumnal games - try apple bobbing or baking.

Make the most of the time you have alone and with the family - before you know it, they'll be all grown up and you can look back on these memories fondly. For more information about our caravan holidays, please contact us today on 01564 792323 or request a brochure.
