Choosing the Right Caravan Park

Choosing the Right Caravan Park

Holidays and weekends away are always fun; it's exciting to get away and explore somewhere new as well as enjoying time with family and loved ones. Better than that, you can get all that and more by staying on home soil, too. We might not have the weather that the Mediterranean has, but we do have spectacular views, scenery, and even beaches at our caravan parks in the UK.

With excellent facilities and amenities on site, as well as a range of activities, restaurants and fun for the whole family in surrounding areas, our parks are ideally situated and come highly recommended, too. Don't just take our word for it; our reviews speak for themselves.

When it comes to booking your holidays, however, there are a number of considerations that need to be made to choose the right caravan park for you and your family. The three key areas you need to base your selection on are price, size and facilities.

The Right Price

Our caravan sites across the UK vary in terms of location, amenities and also price. As with anywhere, off-peak prices tend to be lower than peak prices, so there will always be a price point suitable to your budget.

Our prices also fluctuate in accordance with your needs. If you require space for an eight berth extra-long caravan, this might well cost more to pitch than a standard size caravan with two occupants. Compare prices for different dates of availability as well as locations to ensure you get a deal that works for you.

The Right Size

As mentioned, prices vary according to how much space your caravan will require. With that in mind, it is worth deciding on your holiday essentials before booking. If you think an awning will make your getaway all the more enjoyable, or require room for additional parking, then it might be worth your while booking a bigger pitch.

It is also worth considering the choice of location when it comes to your pitch, too. If you're looking to BBQ or cook for the family, then a little more outdoor space might be necessary. However, if you prefer to sample the local cuisine, this might be less of an issue.

The Right Facilities

Whether you are planning a holiday for rest and relaxation, staying active or a family holiday that requires a packed itinerary, there is something for everyone at Allens caravan parks in the UK. Swimming pools, games rooms, leisure clubs, disco's, clubhouses, restaurants, bowling greens and fishing spots are all available across our range of Parks. Nearby towns, villages, and attractions are also available - including Cardigan Bay in Wales and the Cotswolds in Worcestershire.

Choosing the right caravan park for you isn't hard with Allens; simply review our parks and choose the location that suits your budget, your needs and your interests. For more information, please browse our website or contact us with any queries you might have.
