Running Costs

Making holiday home ownership straightforward.

We believe holiday home ownership should feel straightforward from the very beginning. That’s why we’re open and transparent about the costs involved, helping you understand what to expect before you make your decision.

Alongside the cost of your holiday home, there are ongoing running costs to consider, such as annual site fees, utilities, insurance and other park-related charges. These can vary depending on the park, your chosen holiday home and how you use it.

All you need to know

Annual Pitch Fees

The annual pitch fee rate depends on the location of your holiday home on park, with those on newer developments or sea views paying a higher rate. Fees can be paid monthly via direct debit or in full prior to the start of the season for a discounted rate.

Pitch fees cover access to the park and facilities, general rates and water, sewage and refuse collection.

Utilities

Water is covered in your annual pitch fees.

Electricity is supplied on a metered basis and charged at current market rate. Meters are read twice a year in January & July and billed in February & August.

Gas is supplied by LPG bottles, which are available to purchase on park. Prices are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain competitive.

Insurance

We cover the cost of your first year's insurance, working with our partner Leisure Days. After the first year, you will need to purchase your own insurance, which will be based on the value of your holiday home.
