Buying a holiday home is a big decision, and who you choose to buy it with matters just as much as the holiday home itself. If you're looking for a family-run business built on trust, quality and long-term care, you'll feel at home with Allens.
Our parks are designed for holidays and short stays, rather than full-time living. You'll need to have another main residential address and use your holiday home as a place to relax and escape.
You're welcome to visit as often as you'd like to during your parks open season. Whether it's a weekend break or a longer stay, our parks are designed to fit around your lifestyle.
Running costs include annual pitch fees, utilities, insurance and general upkeep, which can vary across our parks. Our team will always talk you through the details clearly so you know exactly what to expect.
Yes - your holiday home is yours to enjoy with family and friends whenever you visit. We know pets are also part of the family and our parks are designed with them in mind too!
