We were having a look through the Guinness Book of World Records and we came across this incredible record, we can safely say we will not be trying to steal this record from the hands of Matt Suter – would you want to???
It has been recorded that American, Matt Suter, aged 19 years old is the record holder for the furthest distance survived in a tornado. He travelled 398 miles / 1,307 foot in a mobile home in March 2006. Matt was in his mobile home when it became engulfed in a tornado, he was knocked unconscious and when he awoke he was in a field 398 miles away with just a few minor injuries.
I don’t know about you, but we prefer to keep our mobile homes in one place!
