We currently have two separate residential caravan parks located within the beautiful Worcestershire countryside - Leedons Residential Park and Broadway Park.
Both offer our residents glorious views of the Cotswold escarpment and the Malvern Hills and are situated a mere ten-minute walk away from the picturesque town of Broadway. This means that residents can enjoy the slower pace of life which is gleaned from living in the countryside, while still making use of all of the benefits that are found from living close to a town. Residents can take a short stroll into the nearby town to visit all the shops, cafes and banks, as well as the post office, dentist and doctor's surgery - everything that you need is within easy walking distance!
Leedons Park and Broadway Park are our established sister parks, sitting directly next door to one another and offering shared facilities for all the residents of both parks. Broadway Park is one of our most popular residential parks, thanks to its prime location in the gateway to the Cotswolds.
The Cotswolds have long been known as one of the most picturesque rural areas of the country. The characteristic rolling hills rise from the meadows of the upper Thames right up to the Cotswold escarpment, which is where Leedons Park and Broadway Park are situated. The Cotswolds are a beautiful area of the country to live in or retire to; the predominantly rural landscape features charming villages and historical towns built from the local golden-coloured Cotswold stone. There are also many stately homes and stunning gardens to visit in the local area - a few of these are Sudeley Castle and Batsford Arboretum, as well as Broadway Tower itself, which sits imposingly on the escarpment looking down on the parks.
Wootton Hall is our residential caravan park in Warwickshire. Situated in Wootton Wawen, just outside the charming town of Henley-in-Arden, the park is located in the middle of Shakespeare county and just a short car ride will take you to visit the Bard's hometown of Stratford-upon-Avon. If you don't have a car there's no need to miss out, as the nearest bus stop is actually on the site, giving you the ultimate ease of access to nearby facilities and amenities.
Set amongst 115 acres of stunning Northamptonshire countryside, Overstone Solarium is situated on the outskirts of Northampton itself. Like many of our other residential caravan parks, this means that our Overstone residents get to experience the benefits of both town and country living. All the amenities you may need are either on the site itself or within easy reach - for example, there are facilities ranging from a hairdresser to a lakeside club onsite!
Life at Overstone Solarium is also perfect for those who love to get out and about walking and exploring the local area. The park is ideal for taking enjoyable countryside walks by the lakeside and in nearby woodland. Plus, the site is pet-friendly, so you don't have to worry about your furry friend missing out on all the fun!
Situated on the spot once occupied by the historic Pendeford estate, our Pendeford Hall residential park is a quiet rural location offering all the convenience of the nearby towns of Wolverhampton and Telford.
The park is in a peaceful location, perfect for those who enjoy long walks in the countryside and other outdoor pursuits such as fishing. There is also a nature reserve close to the site which offers a great opportunity to engage in a spot of birdwatching, as well as an excuse to take in some lovely views of the local area! Bearing all this in mind, it's not really any surprise that Pendeford Hall has become one of our most sought after destinations for residential park homes.
