Exploring the Local Area: Wootton Hall

Wootton Hall is our main residential caravan park in the Midlands. It is set within the grounds of Wootton Hall, the picturesque stately home, and is close to the beautiful Warwickshire town of Henley-in-Arden. This means that the Park is both close enough to the country to enjoy all of the benefits of the countryside lifestyle while being near to all the amenities and facilities of a town.

Wootton Hall residential caravan park is ideal for residents who love getting out and about and exploring the great outdoors. Surrounded by stunning countryside and situated amongst the beautiful landscape of Shakespeare's county, Wootton Hall residential caravan park is ideal for mature residents looking to make the most of the slower pace of life afforded by living in one of our residential park homes.

If you are a resident of our luxurious Wootton Hall residential caravan park, there are plenty of activities and fun days out in the local area for you to enjoy. There is a full range of amenities on site for our residents, from a country club to our residents-only bowling green. However, if you fancy a day out or want to explore a little further afield, there are many great attractions in the vicinity.

Wootton Hall Residential Caravan Park

Wootton Hall residential caravan park is set in the grounds of the stately home of the same name. The Hall was built in 1687, although it does incorporate parts of an earlier Elizabethan house. After World War II, the Hall was dilapidated and faced demolition. However, when Allens bought the property, we were able to restore Wootton Hall and return it to its former glory. Spend an afternoon enjoying a leisurely stroll around the grounds, or try your hand at our exclusive coarse fishing, all on the site.

If you want a cultural visit, take a trip to the nearby town of Stratford-upon-Avon. Famous for being the birthplace of Shakespeare, you can visit the cottage of Anne Hathaway, Shakespeare's wife, or even the birthplace of the Bard himself. Round off your day with a trip to the theatre and take in a play or a show at one of Stratford's many theatres.

For those who prefer to stay active, there are plenty of countryside walks through beautiful scenery in the surrounding area. Take the dog out for a walk and explore one of the many walking routes or trails through this beautiful part of the country. A relaxing walk through the country in crisp winter air sounds perfect!

Fun For All the Family

Of course, there are many more activities to enjoy besides these few, but we will let you discover the delights of the Warwickshire countryside yourself!
